Set in the lush folds of Cornish countryside, this farmhouse cottage near St Austell has been redesigned as a luxury Bed & Breakfast with a glass barn-style conservatory. Owners Kath and Ivan Walker have created a wonderful hideaway with buckets of modern style to compliment its traditional character.

- Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Three superbly appointed rooms - two king-size double and one super-king double (all of which have zip-link beds and can be twins), each decked out with white linens, comfortable seating and an air conditioning system that controls the room temperature according to guests' liking. All three bedrooms have en suite shower facilities kitted out with huge fluffy towels.
- For relaxation: Relax in the glass barn with a view to the gardens.
- For recreation: This is a place made for chilling out in style. For in-room entertainment you will find a digital TV, DVD player and music system.
- Practicalities: There is a fridge, tea, fresh milk, real coffee and spring water in each room. Bedrooms are also equipped with digital TV (with Freeview), a separate DVD player and a music system. Laundry and ironing facilities are also available.
